Returns

We accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Sale items, accessories, and final sale items cannot be returned

If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card or code that can be used toward future purchases.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at royaltygenesclothing@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return (optional)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within  days of delivery at royaltygenesclothing@gmail.com. We will work with you to correct the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked final sale

• Discounted or clearance items

• Accessories (e.g., hats, jewelry, masks, etc.)

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered​

Store Credit

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase at royaltygenes.com. Please treat your credit code like cash — lost or stolen codes cannot be reissued.
