Returns
We accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

Sale items, accessories, and final sale items cannot be returned
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card or code that can be used toward future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Store Credit
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase at royaltygenes.com. Please treat your credit code like cash — lost or stolen codes cannot be reissued.
